Shoe soles.
From concept to production.
Develop your next shoe sole with YAMAMOTO KAGAKU CO.,LTD. From model making and molds to molding, painting and production, we help bring your footwear ideas to life—with your intended use, comfort and design in mind.

Turn your idea into a sole ready for your shoes.
We work with footwear manufacturers, wholesalers and product planning teams. Whether you are developing a new sole or improving an existing design, we can discuss its shape, material and manufacturing process from the planning stage.
A wooden model lets you check the shape before mold production, so we can work toward a shared understanding of the finished product. You can also ask about molded insoles or heels.

Neo Sole
Made with our own EVA formulation, with abrasion resistance and grip in mind. An option for footwear requiring stability and durability.
ISF Sole
Our proprietary sole technology combines lightness, cushioning and grip to support lighter footwear and comfortable walking.
Color and finish that work with your design
We offer spray painting and dip coating after molding. Talk to us about color, texture and finish, including black, brown and cork-effect finishes.
Applications
Our soles are used primarily in women’s comfort footwear, with designs tailored to each application. We also welcome inquiries about molded components and products beyond footwear; feasibility depends on the shape, material, quantity and our equipment.
